Training at Josh Mavilia Fitness is the quickest way to get back in shape, no matter where you’re starting. Make no mistake, JMF is a gym. It’s got bars & weights and 400 square feet of turf. But you’ll find complimentary water and awesome music.
These workouts contain one thing: big, basic movements designed to help you get the most out of your body in the shortest amount of time. This means efficiency. This means you’ll be saving time. And that means you’ll have more time to spend with your family & friends doing the things that you love.
But don’t worry about technique – we have that covered. Even if you’re been hesitant to perform certain exercises before, we’ll help you learn. We’ll teach you how to use kettlebells, barbells, and your own bodyweight to sculpt your body.
We combine that with basic nutrition advice. We’ll give you homework like drinking water at your meals or eating vegetables throughout the day. No complicated meal plans and no “off-limit” or “bad” foods. (Yes, even wine is allowed.)
Working out isn’t a means to an end – working out is the end. Working out is the goal. Taking care of your body is the goal. You don’t need to become a fitness model or a female bodybuilder to say that you’ve “achieved” something in the gym.
